Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Crushly. By creating an account or using the service you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
1. Who operates Crushly
Crushly is operated by NioDelta Web Studio, Nasik, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@crushly.in.
2. Who can use Crushly
- You must be at least 18 years old. Crushly is not for minors under any circumstances.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You must not have been banned from Crushly before.
- You may hold one account, for yourself only.
You confirm your date of birth when you sign up. If we find, or have good reason to believe, that an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend and remove it.
3. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it.
Before your profile is shown to others we ask for a selfie, which a member of our team compares with your profile photos. This check reduces fake profiles. It is not an identity or background check, and a verified badge is not a guarantee about who someone is or how they will behave.
4. What the service is
Crushly lets adults discover a small set of profiles each day, match when interest is mutual, talk, plan a date and use check-in reminders. We do not conduct criminal-record or background checks on members. We do not promise that you will find a match, or that other members are truthful about themselves.
You are responsible for your own decisions and safety when you talk to or meet people. Read the Safety Centre before you meet anyone.
Crushly is not an emergency service. Check-in reminders and the "I need help" option send a message to our team; they are not monitored in real time and do not dispatch anyone. If you are in danger, call 112.
5. Rules of conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines. In particular you must not:
- use Crushly if you are under 18, or try to contact minors
- post or send anything that sexually exploits or endangers children
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone
- share another person's private or intimate images or information without consent
- use Crushly to advertise, to solicit money, or to offer or seek paid companionship or sexual services
- copy other members' content, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation or security
6. Your content
Your photos, profile text and messages remain yours. You give us permission to store, display and transmit them as needed to run the service — for example to show your profile to other members and to deliver your messages. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for the limited records described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload, and that your photos are of you.
7. Moderation and enforcement
Photos and verification selfies are reviewed by people on our team, and profile text may be held for review. We act on reports from members. If you break these terms or the Community Guidelines we may remove content, warn you, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban your account. Serious matters, including anything involving the sexual exploitation of children, may be reported to the authorities.
If we take action against your account you can appeal in the app. A person reviews every appeal.
8. Payments
Crushly does not charge for anything today. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and the store's payment terms will apply. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app, or at https://crushly.in/account/delete without the app. Deletion takes effect after a 14-day period during which you can change your mind.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we stop offering the service. Where we can, we will tell you why.
10. The service is provided as it is
We work to keep Crushly available and safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of people who behave badly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of other members, online or in person, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we publish a new numbered version on this page and ask members to accept it in the app before they continue. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
13. Contact and complaints
Support: hello@crushly.in. Complaints under Indian law can be made to our grievance officer.
