Cancellation and Refund Policy

Today: nothing is charged

Crushly does not take payments. Creating an account and using every feature currently available is free, and we do not hold card or bank details. There is therefore nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

If paid features are introduced

Any paid feature or subscription would be sold only as an in-app purchase through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). The store, not Crushly, takes the payment, issues the receipt and holds your payment details. We would publish prices in the app and update this page before anything goes on sale.

The rest of this page explains how cancellation and refunds would then work.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions bought through a store are managed in that store:

• Google Play: open the Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Apple App Store: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future renewals. Deleting the Crushly app or your Crushly account does not cancel a store subscription by itself — cancel it in the store as well.

Refunds

Because the store takes the payment, refund requests are made to the store and decided under its refund policy:

• Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history or Google Play Help
• Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com

We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase ourselves. If a purchase did not unlock what it should have, write to hello@crushly.in with your order number and we will look into it and help you with the store's process.

Accounts removed for breaking the rules

If an account is suspended or banned for breaking the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, we would not offer a refund ourselves for unused time. This does not affect any refund the store grants you, or rights you have under consumer law.
