Who can join?

Adults aged 18 and over. You sign up with your phone number and confirm your date of birth.

How does discovery work?

You see a small set of profiles each day, chosen from members who fit the preferences you set. There is no endless feed and no compatibility score. When you and someone else both like each other, it is a match and you can start talking.

Why do I need to verify?

Before your profile is shown to others we ask for a selfie. A member of our team compares it with your profile photos, so it can take a little while. The selfie is deleted once you are approved.

Why is my photo not showing yet?

Every photo is reviewed by a person before other members can see it.

How do I plan a date?

In a conversation with a match, suggest a time and place. Once you both confirm, you can share the plan with a trusted contact, and Crushly will ask how it went afterwards.

How do I report or block someone?

Open their profile or the conversation and choose Report or Block. See the Safety Centre.

Does Crushly cost anything?

No. Nothing is charged today. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

How do I delete my account?

In the app under Settings, or at https://crushly.in/account/delete without the app. Your profile is hidden at once and your data is deleted 14 days later; sign in before then to cancel.
